Understaffed and took awhile. The gentleman working the window did an outstanding job..very patient.
This time not so good, shorted a biscuit..didn't want to wait another 15 min..after waiting 40 minutes already.

I visited this location on 8/25/23. The chicken was horrible. When was the last time they changed the grease in the deep fryer!!! The chicken was so greasy and the color was a dark greasy brown. This used to be my favorite KFC. Not anymore. Completely gone downhill!

Leona and the other KFC staff were awesome and very accommodating!! We had a large food order needed for the same day for a local industrial facility shutdown crew and they made it happen! Very happy with the service and the food was GREAT too!! We'll be back next shutdown :)

For what was visible to me, clean store and parking lot. Staff available, friendly, and efficient. Food tasty frfr - not greasy or cold, warm, just right. Still don't get why somebody long ago decided pickles & chicken on a sandwich go together and most people run with it (for me not at all 🤮) .... No ice available. Ice is not a necessity for me on a very cool evening in March. 😉 Absolutely would visit this store again. Thank You!!

This is one of the best KFC's in Northeast Ohio. The chicken and sides are ALWAYS hot and fresh and their staff is very professional.
Tthey can be a bit slow sometimes when busy. I had to wait almost 50 minutes for six wings when I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Had it not been for my elderly mother wanting them that evening, I wouldn't have stayed for them.
Other than that, they're terrific!
