Subway

We have been here on several occasions. The service is great; very fast and friendly. The ingredients are consistently fresh. The food is the food. Exactly what you should expect from a Subway. I am a particularly fan of the Black Forest Ham Sandwich and the Oven Roasted Chicken Sandwichs. I am greatful that the dining room is consistently open which is sadly not a given in 2022

Good sandwiches, just too much bread, and not enough meat. So we started getting the wraps instead of the bread. But since they took away the honey oat bread.. we just don't eat there as much as we use to, maybe once every other month now. There are Sooo many other sub shops to choose from, that make a much more tasty sandwich,with better bread, meats, cheeses, and toppings. We used to eat there regularly, but now Subway is our last resort. Maybe you like Subway, maybe you don't. You decide....

Tried to order online and they had a bit of a snafu and couldnt complete the order. That being said, both the employee worked with last night and the owner/manager called me today to make the situation right. There's ways to fix things, and then there's how they both went above and beyond. Kudo's yall!

Had a major issue with a manager when I called about our food being frozen. He was the worst human being ever swearing at me telling me it's not his problem. I wrote to corporate and received a call from the owner who told me that guy was fired and he apologized profusely to me. He then went on to offer to remake my food and drop it off himself. I appreciate the fact that he didn't make excuses for that man and handled it the way that was appropriate by letting him go and fixing my order. He definitely won my business by doing that.

I usually go to Subway closest to home.However,today I stopped on the way back from work. I waa greeted right away.Very nice young woman at the sandwich station. I ordered a chipotle steak on a tomato basil wrap.Very good! I will order this again .The veggies I opted for made this taste even better! 5 stars for excellent customer service and awesome food! This was my second visit in recent months.I know I will make another stop in tge near future!
