I can't say how the food was because my family never got seated. My husband and two kids stood at the door along with four other people that were waiting to be seated. We weren't even acknowledged by the waitress for almost 10 minutes. And then when she did come over, we were all told that if we wanted to wait it was going to be at least 15 minutes because they just got a table of 8. We were going to wait but then we still weren't seated, other people waiting weren't either, so we left. They only had the table of 8 and a table of 2 that were already eating. So if this staff can't handle one table at a time then I suggest get better help or close!

Ordered online, showed up a few minutes early and ended up waiting ages for the to go order. Restaurant wasn’t busy, and there was only one other person waiting for a pick up order in front of us. Once we got our food, the appetizer sampler was made incorrectly (and the sauce from the wrong item got all over the other food). After waiting for it to be fixed, we only got 1/3 of the sampler back in return. After a long time of waiting, we got the whole sampler made correctly, but a quick in and out order turned into 30-40 minutes of waiting around for a mess up.

My friend and I went to eat here on Sunday night. We both had just gotten out of work and we hadn't even gotten out of our cars and they turned out the lights inside! The website and Google had them listed as open until 10. It was around 8:45 when we pulled in. I understand being short of staff, but someone could have had the decency to come outside and speak with us. I have also been ignored while waiting for seating at this location. I like the food and the ice cream. Plus the prices are good, but Friendly's, this is not very friendly customer service 👎🏾

I want to congratulate and thank Dave and Christina for great service I received and how well they handle what I would call a disrespectful lady, she just kept getting up and entering the kitchen line when in serve safety that doesn’t not seem safe to me. Food was ok, service was lacking. The appetizer damper is not worth the price. The triple stack was massive, but what I expected when ordered. The steak sand wich had only 3 peppers slices on it. The side salad was not good, it had wilted and brown lettuce, we sent it back. Ice cream was good...it's what they do.

If you're real hungry and need food, don't come here. Why is this friendlies even open when there's hardly any staff. It hurts this location to even be open. Here's a hint, pay your staff better and let them have their tips.
We arrived around 1 pm. 8 tables had customers. The rest were empty and no one seemed to even notice the 10 people waiting to be seated. Then a frazzled waitress ran past saying "15 minutes ". We gave it 20 and then went to 99 across the street.
It's ok to close Monday and Tuesday until you have the staff you need.
I even saw a woman get crayons for her kids and coloring pages off the hostess stand because they dont have a hostess.
The managers appeared to be cooking.

Had a family lunch and the staff was great, a little under staffed but that is understandable.
I gave 3 stars because the manager just kept blaming the new waitress for being slow and messing up orders. I see it as your fault because that means you and your staff didn't train her right and that she wasn't getting the right help that she needed.
The waitress was amazing and so polite. Definitely made sure to give her a good tip because she was the only one that deserved it
Also doesn't the manager know it is illegal to take money out the the waitress checks because 2 tables walked out with out paying. Again the manager needs to be looked at and the money should be cut from her.
Also the manager and cook were CONSTANTLY on their phone,so I wonder why many many many orders were messed up that day.
If the manager doesn't do their job correctly then how are the employees to do their jobs correctly when it's YOUR Job to train them correctly and effectively.
