The service here was excellent! The lady at the counter was very accommodating and was able to deal with my stupid questions and my partners silly questions. The food was poopoo though. My food was flavorless (I don't have covid) and my boyfriend's got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was bland af.

Food is what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Panerai has always offered some good, quality sandwiches and salads, the service is pretty great at this establishment in Williston. Only reason I don't give it more than 3 stars is because I love promoting mom and pop shops and privately owned businesses.

I love Panera, even though some of my family do not. I am obsessed with the Baja bowl and their shortbread cookie. It never disappoints. The only thing truly dissatisfying are their fancy teas.

The broccoli cheddar bread bowl is to die for. I highly recommend the half Sierra mist half papaya green tree as your drink of choice. You can sub out the standard bread for a bagel for no charge so I got an asiago bagel frontega sandwich. A whole one so it came on two bagels sliced in half. Though they can make a dagwood sandwich with double ingredients on one bagel if you wish. The chips were kettle crunchy and fresh. Aside from the crazy customizations you can make to get a perfect craving satisfier, the price is really not bad if you get menu smart. Everything is an entree. They don't sides unless it's an apple baguette or bag of chips. For example. If you order a pizza, you can actually add on a sandwich for a reduced price. If you order a U pick 2 with a drink you can get a standard bakery item for just a dollar. When you get into the store itself. The staff is top notch. Food is out very quick, accurate, and made as if they were going to eat it themselves with strong presentation. If there is any issue, just tell the staff in the kitchen window and it'll be resolved with no fuss. If you have an issue with an order once you get home. Just call and it'll be made right as well. Just let them know. Overall. My favorite place in Chittenden county

I placed my order on there app which was easy to use, and it gave you plenty of options which I liked. When I arrived to pick up my order didn't have to wait long which was nice as well. When I arrived home I started to take everything out of the bag and noticed they placed the pizza on the bottom of the bag, and when I opened the pizza box all the cheese had separated from the pizza and was sticking to the box. Then both of the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwiches didn't have any grapes in it. I personally will never order pizza from them again it didn't taste very well, and my son who is a pizza lover didn't like it either. Then when I called to inform them of the missing grapes on the sandwiches and how the pizza was placed on the bottom of the bag which left the cheese to separate from the pizza they apologized and told me there website should of stated that the sandwiches would not come with grapes due to suppliers. I feel like they should of made sure it was on the website because if it was I wouldn't of ordered from them at all, and they could of at least called me to tell me or when I went to pick up my order they should of said something then. So I would call your order in to make sure you get what you are ordering.

Awful. We did delivery. Paid almost 9 dollars for a Caesar salad that was TINY, croutons were stale, was afraid I'd break my teeth biting them. Bread was thrown in the bag unwrapped and half a piece of the most unappetizing bread I've ever seen: threw it straight in the trash. Salad dressing was 1/3 of the normal full little plastic cup they give you. Hubby's sandwich looked NOTHING like the pic; was barely anything on it and was 90% bread. Super disappointed and won't ever go back again. Used to be a good spot, not anymore.

10/10. Came in as a huge group and they were super friendly and helpful. Our food came much quicker than we expected given our group size and was delicious.
