I HATE machines. First time here and definitely last time. Took me ages to chose what I wanted from that screen, being really close to smashing them up. Never again here.

Sadly since the machines to order were introduced the quality of food and service has reduced. The machines were problematic to use. Half in the shop were out of order.

What an experience and not a positive one either. Self service option only with a long wait to use tablets followed by a long wait for food order. Hash browns and pizza slices had barely touched the oven, Luke warm at best. Items missing …

New self service screens dont help anything. Need to queue up to use them, and then deal with a much longer wait after orderering when compared to the original experience of having the sandwich created in front of you

Self-Serve isn't Subway. And plus the tablets are incredibly slow. What a step back for subway
