The person that helped me that day took forever to make three sandwiches there was two other employees there I don't know why they didn't help her start to get busy they helped the other customers instead of helping her first to complete our order we're not going don't be going to that Subway in Beverly and Norwalk anymore

Spicy Italian on Flatbread was YUMMY. Place was clean. Veggies were on point. AND they actually had their strawberry lemonade A+.
Service... HORRIBLE. Walked in and was greeted with a rude "are you going to order"!?. Well, yes I am, but allow me to walk up to the "order" counter first. Jeez. I was too hungry to have gone somewhere else. - 2 🌟 🌟

Had order from this subway before the pandemic was great, ordered today and the bread on my sandwich was so dry it started crumbling and falling apart just from me picking it up to start eating it. And it was stiff like cardboard a little bit. Thought it was suppose to be baked freshly daily I guess not.

I love coming to this location. It's my absolute favorite Subway around. They always serve me what I pay for. Their staff is super friendly. Especially Albert. He's so great! I am always satisfied with the way they make my subs.
