Taco Bell

The young man at the register had black hair and a black beard took my order, very cool dude. Someone took my order and just left with it, instead of making me wait an hour like other fast food places. He promptly fixed it right then, and even apologized to me. Seems like a very good guy, and he did the best he could with the situation, and resolved it. I was never once mad at him, things happen. He handled it the right way and moved on w both our days!

These guys were the greatest! Every one of them very friendly! Fast service! The food was great! When I first came in the store, I placed my order and I had mentioned that my sugar was real low. I was on some new medicine for my diabetes, and that I needed to eat quick as I could! One of the guys offered me at his cost, some orange juice to bring my sugar up immediately! He showed compassion! I thought that was very considerate! Evidently he knows a little something about diabetes! And cares about people in general! I had the chalupa box! But they were out of the bread for the chalupas. So they substituted the chalupa for a nacho Bell grande! You couldn't beat this with a stick!

My daughter asked to go there for lunch on our way home from TN. Hesitant, we said ok but needed to eat in ( not eating tacos in the car). We were very impressed! This was the Chick fil A of Taco bell's. It was extremely clean ( bathrooms too!) The kiosks weren't working but the staff was super courteous and friendly. Our food looked so nice. The tacos weren't falling apart and looked so fresh. Then the manager walked by each table speaking to each guest and asking how the food was! Super super job!!! Great experience

We came through in the evening on the way back from Gatlinburg with a large group and a large order. Also we noticed that there was a van in front of us with a very large order. I was concerned that it would take a long time and that the order would be messed up. But to our surprise and to the credit of the crew there, the order came out quickly and it was all correct and well made. So kudos to the team there! And I recommend them highly!
