Maple Garden

Excellent and tasty food! We were looking to order Chinese from a new place, and Maple Garden appeared highly recommended. We were not disappointed. We ordered the dinner for 5-6. We called ahead, and the food was ready when I arrived. Everything was warm, crispy and tasty. They packed the ride in so tight it filled the entire top of the container as well! Wild order again.

Last night my husband and I wanted to get Chinese food but most of the places that we normally uber from were closed so we decided to try this restaurant. Tbh, we were disappointed. We ordered pork fried rice, chicken fried rice, hot and spicy shrimp, and sweet and sour pork spare ribs. Firstly we received the wrong order of pork, we received sweet and sour pork not sweet and sour spare ribs. (Thankfully uber eats refunded us for this). The pork and chicken fried rice dishes had only like 5-6 small cut pieces of pork/chicken EACH which we thought was pretty cheap, also the rice was flavourless. The shrimp was the best thing out of our whole order, flavour was okay but not one bit of spice as its supposed to be 'hot and spicy' shrimp. Overall, wouldn't order from here again and wouldn't really recommend either.

We ordered because I saw on Facebook they're pretty good and had semi decent reviews. We ordered general Tao, it came sauceless which whenever we've had general Tao you get sauce on everywhere else, when we called and asked about it the person on the phone got super defensive, and said oh you have to ask for sauce. Why wouldn't you offer and say do you want sauce with that if it's supposed to come with sauce but you don't put it? The general Tao chicken was also undercooked in certain peices. The wonton soup in the egg rolls were the best part we all agreed. The rice had no veggies in it which seemed cheap, and the beef and broccoli only had like 2 types of veggies in it. Seemelike they are cheaping out. I totally get prices of everything's going up but I'd rather pay more for a better quality meal, quality over quantity. We also found out after you have to specifically add on fortune cookies on the side for 5 cents each, so that was a bummer. I don't mean to bash, we are all in hard times but we are all very sad after getting it.
