bold bold one star in the review , it is a pity that there is no zero. every time I stopped by this cafe to grab a sandwich between my baby sections ,it's a quick way to reinforce myself. Today I saw a sign that they are open until 1 pm, the clock showed 12:50pm . I wanted to order a sandwich as usual, But they told that they would not be able to do this, since they close in 10 minutes, But they have the blanks of everything and I usually got an order in 5 minutes , I did not order anything else, except for this ... probably Starbucks forgot that they are not a restaurant, but a fast food cafe! they refused an order 10 minutes !! before closing. result: I spent time looking for another place to eat and being late at the place of arrival. Result for you at least 5 clients you have lost, I hope more because of your rudeness. I thought it was impossible in a civilized country.

This Starbucks has the most wholesome management and staff. Today, I was having a bad/stressful day after I took an exam. I went to this Starbucks after to get myself something to drink. I pulled up to the drive-through, couldn't decide what I wanted, and ended up telling the rep to make me whatever they like as I am not having a good day. When I pulled up to the window, the district manager came to the window with a bubble wand and said, "I heard you are having a bad day so here are some happy bubbles!" she started blowing them at my car 😭😭😭😭. The pure gesture of kindness made me cry. Then she goes looking for things to cheer me up and ended up getting me a stuffed frog and a red festive garland!! How sweet was her effort to cheer me up?? I was so taken back by the kindness of absolute strangers. And they didn't even let me pay for the drink!! The barista made a delicious caramel frap I believe and wrote "Hope your day gets better". THANK YOU x 100 TO THE STAFF/DM of this Starbucks. You guys made my day better.

Horrid experience. Staff is rude, drive through takes forever. The only light at the end of the tunnel is KC. I have started going to the one in the wheeling park district because they are much nicer and more efficient. Even worse they make the drinks wrong. So not only am I getting wrong drinks but attitude and they are wasting my time.
