Dunkin'

I have to say today I'm done with this place. They have it together about 50% of the time. Today I was charged twice and given the wrong coffee that tastes like a dirty puddle. After repeating it two-three times because the girl taking the order couldn't hear I told her again at the window. I told them they overcharged me, so instead of refunding it they charged me again and I still didn't get what I ordered. Sometimes the line is over a 30 minute wait for 5-6 cars. I've complained so many times and obviously nobody cares because it never changes.

I am a young male and was being helped by a young female. I was trying to be a pleasant, decent, and friendly human being to this worker so I smiled at her when she handed me my food. She seemed beyond annoyed at this. I think she assumed I was flirting with her which is disgusting and inappropriate. Shame on her! I pray she finds emotional healing and finds it in her heart to stop sexualizing young men like that

-Joe Urso I came back from Florida to visit my younger brother who works at this establishment. I have never received faster service in my life. Him and his coworker joey took my order and served me a very fresh hot coffee in probably less then 15 seconds. I was very happy with their service! This Dunkin never dissapoints!
