One employee was very rude. She was African American. She barged into the bathroom & harassed me & my partner. Making us feel uncomfortable & not welcomed. I then spoke to another employee which was very nice & gave me her supervisors information. Will visit again & give an update.

This location has horrible drive thru service. The 3 times I've come to this location, I have had to wait at the order station for more than 10min with no acknowledgement. Today I ordered the bacon that was ice cold. I had to get to work so there was no time to go inside. I had to throw the bacon away. I'm dissatisfied.

Came by this morning around 7am and one of my items was an Extra Large Coffee but I received a large. I called but they wanted the product back & when I did, they threw it away. I stated that their might be Covid on the cup since I work directly with Covid Patients and I wasn’t comfortable giving her the cup n she did so without gloves. She stated I hung up on her when I initially called but truth is, I thought we were done with our conversation, stating I was On my way. I’m done!

You can make coffee at home, much more affordably. Service is fast and there usually isn't much of a wait, but can get busy during the morning rush. I'm probably going to DD before I would go to SB, but that's just a personal preference on the taste of the coffee

For me is a great place to chill out after dinner, this place is the only one who can make me my favorite chocolate milk, very creamy and chocolate, the chocolate milk is not in the menus, but the service take the time to make it for me 🥰🥰 as soon I walk in the guys know what is my favorite, its always a good place to visit where they know your taste. I tried repeatedly to tip them for their excellent work, but they always rejected it.

Found plastic in my sandwich, the girl cooking obviously wasn’t paying attention making the food to remove the plastic. She had long eye lashes, constantly rolling her eyes and acted like she didn’t care and didn’t even say sorry. When I asked for manager they said they don’t have a manager in the store. Very unprofessional they have teenagers running the place who don’t care and do what they want.

Service was horrible! To order took a long time at the drive thru window for someone to get my order and when I got up to the drive-thru window I was waiting so long I left without getting my coffee.
