Mcdonald's

Ive been here before the staff are always kind. This time unfortunately the service was very slow. People were standing and waiting for very long. I got hot sauce instead of pancake syrup, no butter for my breakfast. Again the staff were very friendly and they keep the restaurant clean. The service was just very slow this time.

Of all the McDonald's and Tim Horton's in the west end of Toronto, this place has by far the friendliest, most efficient, and polite morning staff of any drive-through I frequent. Having frequented this location for almost a decade, I have always thought this. Not to take away from the amazing staff, i also have to note that the management has done a terrific job hiring staff, retaining them, and together they have kept the customer experience there top notch for years. I'm happy to be a customer to this location.

Went through the drive through last night I ordered and had a coupon online that lets me get a free meal and I got something on the side to pay for separately the order taker took my order and charged me for one of the items I got in the free meal when I was only suppose to pay for a side item that’s not included so I asked her for a manger to fix the issue and the manager named anajoy and I the other person was older with blonde greyish hair in a pink shirt helped fix the issues is what I thought I pulled to the next window to collect my meal and met with 2 other managers a Guyanese lady and another named Memphis there explained to them that the 2 previous people didn’t fix my issue they looked at my coupon understood my frustration and helped me solve the issue fast and calmly they were excellent especially the young man, it would be nice if all crew would be a little more like them they were very nice.

We made our initial order in the drive-thru but we shortly found a deal on the app, while we approached the window . Staff Dorothy , was kind , approachable and professional when we asked to make a change in our order. The McDonalds is right off the highway so it’s always quite busy , especially on the weekends . But the staff make all the difference for the wait time 👍🏽

Went through the drive through today approximately 3pm ..place my order along with 2 apple pies..while Paul was serving my order ..he was very apologic because the apple pies were in the oven and will not be ready for the next 10 mins ,immediately Paul had politely suggested options in place of the apple pies , and patiently wait for my decision. I really appreciated the amazing customer service from Paul .I will definitely return to this location..
