Dumb set up. Chairs removed. Racks in front of the counter. Hard to hear employees. Can't order inside. They make you download an app to order in October 2021.

Your store is proof why $15 an hour minimum wage is ridiculous. You got my order wrong and the food was cold. I haven't eaten Dunkin's in 3 years, thanks for reminding me why

Thank you! With the newest renovations, this Dunkin location has been busy because we all want to give it a try! The employees are patient and kind, even when the lady in front of me yelled at them in the drive through for no reason. No matter what, the employees are awesome and deserve raises and should never be yelled at. I appreciate the food and drink and I will be returning often.

they didn't shut the lead correctly so my coffee spilled and also I'm sitting there waiting for my order and instead of sitting it next to the pickup he sets it down beside him and starts making someone else's coffee it makes me wait even longer bunch of idiots

Slowest drive through I have ever seen. I think I waited while they went to South America to pick the beans. I saw inside the drive through window they had several employees. SMH
