Great place to have a quick bite. Situated in West Borough shopping center. Parking and access available for wheelchair customers. Less than 10 people can be seated. Social distancing maintained between the customers. Sanitisers kept in handy. Masks are compulsory. Credit cards accepted. Rest rooms are there. Quick efficient services. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Temperature not being checked. Kerb pick up and online delivery pick up is there including take aways.

Classic subway. Nothing special really but very clean place and friendly staff. You should know what you are getting going to subway. It's no Regatta, it's subway. I enjoyed the sub and my daughter did too. People eating inside with no masks so if you care about masks don't eat in, however the staff did have masks on so good for them!

Was here yesterday to receive a free cali turkey which consists of turkey, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and smashed avacado. The gentleman proceeded to make my sandwich and was ready to put it in the oven without the bacon. I said I wanted the bacon and he said there was a charge. The lady worker is now looking at the menu and doesn't say anything. He charged me 85 cents. These people need to study their menu. The man in front of me ordered two of these sandwiches and he did not receive bacon. These people are cheating people. Never going there again.

Before placing the order, I showed the coupon and confirmed whether the store accepts Subway coupons. The people helping agreed that the offer in the coupon would work, and the order was placed accordingly. During the payment process, the coupon could not be scanned. They asked me to make the full payment and, despite agreeing to it, dishonored the offer in the coupon. I paid, but it was an unpleasant experience.

I would try to avoid this place in the future. Quality has gone for a toss. food tasted stale. the lemonade was soapy and pathetic. Feels like in the pursuit of making money the food quality is suffering. But how will any business make profits in the long run if quality is ignored. I guess that is why this chain is seeing decreasing revenue year after year.
