Mcdonald's

Sighhhh...Okay, when I choose fast food, I pretty much know what I'm sighing up for. So, when I visit these places my thought process is minimal at the least and that's because the menus are basic we know the menu. I placed my order and specifically asked for extra tartar sauce and a WHOLE SLICE OF CHEESE. I don't think the request was difficult. Buttt as you can see my basic request wasn't met. And my sandwich was cold!! Come on people we have to do better!

The inside was clean but the soda machine was initially off, and the mixtures weren't quite right. The food came quickly. I ordered at a kiosk. I was not given a receipt because they don't refill them. They were out of straws and hand sanitizer. The sink in the men's bathroom was covered in a garbage bag. There's a hole in a booth seat with tape over it. The staff focus more on the drive through than the dining area. The area is relatively clean though.

Went early for breakfast, ordered through drive-thru, lady handed me the food and it was missing an egg biscuit AFTER I got home close to Belvedere Rd. So I drove back, lobby was not opened. Went to Drive thru and Daniel was at the window, he simply handed me the egg biscuit. Asked him if he could give me another one as a courtesy, he refused. He looked like a manager but lacks managerial experience. Mistake happens but Don't be so stingy TO not want to please a customer OVER a $2 biscuit. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF OVERALL.

WORST DRIVE THRU MC DONALD'S EVER! I have no idea what they are doing in there. But I shouldn't have to wait an hour for a fast food meal! Literally every single time I go to this Mc Donald's, I'm beyond disappointed! Plus, on top of that. Its almost a guarantee they will mess up my order. I absolutely HATE this location.

The girl taking the orders was extremely ineffective. She kept pressing buttons and asking what we wanted. Instead of charging meals, she charged the fries and drinks separate from the food. As we were waiting, they employees were talking about how stupid customers are. Anyways, of course our order was messed up and we were given the wrong item. When I explained this to the other employee, she rolled her eyes and waited for someone to make the correct burger for my nephew. All in all, this place can be better if they had better employees with better customer service.
