This is my second time ordering from this location and the second time they have messed up my order The first the forgot half my order and now the have cheese on it and I’m allergic. I specifically put no cheese for a reason Tried calling went straight to voicemail which was an even bigger let down I ordered a freeze and got colored water basically as idk what it is If no star was available I would definitely choose that option Never again

I only get 30 minutes at work on lunch break and first of all the lobby was closed the drive-through was very long and when I finally get to the window to get my food they gave me some cold fries literally cold I passed it back over the manager lady said I had to pull over and wait three minutes she is lucky that my boyfriend was driving because I would have sat at that window because I was not going to go to drive-through again nor have to pull all and wait because you guys decide to give me cold fries when I go in the bag one of my tacos is missing the other two were completely wrong there was no chicken in my wrap and one of them and the other burrito was not what I ordered the manager on duty was very rude and she just seemed like she didn’t have no care in the world about the customer which is me I don’t think I will be visiting this location no more even though this is the closest one to my work they need more professionalism I don’t see why you would close the lobby knowing that it would make the drive thru line long and they make you use a kiosk machine when you do come to the lobby so Why close it down Also noticed that she never gave me a receipt how unprofessional

Silvia V at 5:09 1/16. Customer service is horrible. the manager Silvia basically telling me I didn’t order my food correctly. When I formally placed it. She informed me She won’t get a refund me. Because “she heard me say a different order.” If you’re training your co-workers like this will become a disease. Such a nasty attitude. I didn’t approach it aggressively so I would like for her to approach the situation understanding or reach a resolution.

Haven't visited this location in years and it has changed! Thinking we would dine in, the tables and fountain drink areas Haven't been tended for water to long. The ladies restroom wasn't working so really needing to go, I decided to brave the men's. It was filthy! Urine all over the seat and floor. They placed a "sanitizing" spray bottle on the floor next t0 the toilet. The paper towel dispenser I'd directly in front of the toilet. You know what is released into the air when the toilet is flushed. Nasty!! However, the food was good I couldn't believe they no longer serve "Mexican pizza" :( I recommend using the drive-thru.
