poorly assembled and poorly cooked, The Italian sandwiches I bought where raggedy and barely had any sauce on them. Onion rings where cold as well and soda was flat. Avoid this location and don't be fooled by the stock photos you see in their reviews. Edit: me and my family where all sick after eating this meal. Really must stress that this isn't a burger king you want to eat from.

Ordered two 8pc ghost pepper nuggets, and 1 8pc mozerellas sticks. The nuggets were literally mush. You could mold them like Play-Doh. It was beyond atrocious. Easily one of the worst fastfood experiences I've ever had. The mozerella sticks were burnt on the inside, as well. But the nuggets were literally just inedible.

The level filthiness in this place has inspired this review. The place is a total mess! There isn’t a spot that is sticky and dirty. I went there around 12pm which makes no sense, the restaurant had just a few hours open. This leads me to believe that they do not clean before closing or opening. I couldn’t resist, and asked the manager if they clean every night and he responded in a nervous/shy way by saying “we just had a rush” and immediately sent someone with a broom outside. The soda machines are extremely sticky and appear as if they have not been wiped down in weeks, the food waiting area was cluttered with trash and old receipts, it was impossible to grab a ketchup bag without getting ketchup on your finger by bursted bags inside the bin. The iced tea section next to it was dripping tea like a broken faucet. The floors are sticky, stained and just pure disgusting. Employees do not wear nets on there head. I wonder what kind of safety and food training they get. People using the drive through have no idea what this place looks like. This is on the customers side i can only imagine behind the counter and in the kitchen. Upper Management should immediately review this place before someone gets sick.

I’ve come to this burger king here and there for years and it’s always an okay experience. Today I had the best experience I’ve ever had. I did a drive thru order and the team member that assisted me was awesome!! Her name was Jarismar. She was so kind and attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed and even confirmed I had all my items and sauces. It was also really fast and efficient. It was only a couple of minutes but that quick interaction was so refreshing. It was nice to see a friendly face. Jaris made my night (and BK experience) a lot better. 10/10 would come back. Awesome job Jaris!!

Service is horrible, tried ordering something that’s on the screen the 2 for 10 and they kept telling me I need a code. Changed my order confused cause I order this all the time and know I need no code, to get to the window and ask to talk to the manger and she stared at me and turned around like I wasn’t speaking to her.
