Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Horrible store, horrible food, horrible quality, horrible service, horrible customer service! The picture I posted is of a #12 (minus the tiny two tenders, because I was more focused on the popcorn shrimp). Which staff is screwing customers over to either bring food home to family or sell steal Popeyes food to sale on the side?

Staff is always kind and nice, not to mention the food is always fresh. Fast too! Mary was a big help for my lunch as well, got me my food quickly and helped fix the soda fountain machine so I can enjoy my lunch. Thanks again to all the crew and will definitely keep coming back to my favorite Popeyes.

This location is habitually sub-par. I love the food. But even that is inconsistent. They are almost always out of sandwiches. They take forever in the drive-thru on purpose to save ticket times. You pull up to the window and I timed over 6 minutes on more than one occasion. Meanwhile people walk in and out of the establishment. If you can avoid the wait, go else where.

I placed an online order and showed up around 8 minutes later to pick it up. My daughter went inside and was waiting for several minutes. After realizing that around seven people had gone through the line and she still didn’t have her order she called me. We then switch places and I walked inside. Upon entering the establishment I could already hear the manager babbling about how online orders are not his priority and no one is entitled to anything in that building. I explained to him that that my order has been placed over 10 minutes and he still continued to tell me how my online order was not a priority. He refused to give me any information regarding his superiors, he refused to refund my money, he also refused to give me my order. At this point the cops were called. This was not the first time I have been to this establishment and I have never had any issues. This will definitely be my last! Whoever that manager is needs a class and customer service skills because he is apparently lacking severely! His actions made him look like a complete fool.

I recently had lunch at this Popeyes Restaurant and I ordered the 5 piece spicy for $6.99 and the chicken was horrible dry as HELL!!!!😡🤢🤮🤮🤮 and the chicken wasn't fresh at all. The chicken appeared to be old and freezer burned. This was the first time that I have ever had a bad experience at Popeyes and I am really angry and extremely disappointed. I prefer Popeyes chicken over KFC any time. Please do better. Sincerely Ms Allen

I went at 9:30pm and was sitting in the drive-through for 10 mins before one of the workers came out the back and said I have to order inside. He just so happen to be taking the garbage out. I parked and went inside and waited an additional 5 mins before the young lady stated that they ran out of chicken. I saw a few pieces of chicken behind them but she stated it was old. This is unacceptable if you are to remain open until 10pm. There was no sign stating that chicken was out. I believe the staff was trying to leave early and didn't want to fry chicken...smh
