Wendy's

Although I was the second customer this location is one of the cleanest Wendy's I've been to. Biscuits weren't ready so I had to settle for a croissant sandwich. The staff was nice and polite. Always a plus to have a clean restroom but it would be nice if the paper towel dispenser could give a larger sheet. There's a pothole in the parking lot that needs repaired and some more forming that customers could break their ankle in.

This place is probably the best Wendy's in all of Palm Beach County. Usually no long lines, lots of parking, some of the nicest people that help you out (best I've seen in the industry.) I haven't been inside so not sure about how that is on cleanliness but the service is how other fast food places should perform. If you ever wanted to try in-n-out and can't travel to the west coast just ask for the daves double - best burger and usually sizzling hot and juicy! I recommend, especially since they're open late.

Randall, the cashier, works his butt off. Looks like he works harder than the manager and other ladies around there. The ladies in the drive thru were in his way and talking up a storm. He's the only reason I rate this store a 5. The other ladies in the drive thru were lazy for no reason. Whenever he was busy, they insisted he come up instead of waiting on me themselves. Since they weren't busy at the time, I don't see why they have him doing everything. Props to Randall.

I was out of town to pick up someone at PBI and had some time to kill as well as being hungry. I was glad to see a Wendy's just off the main street I needed to take to the airport. I ordered a single with cheese, lettuce, pickles, and mayo only. Because I had been hearing and seeing ads about Wendy's new fries -"better than McDonald's," I decided to try them. The single was exactly as I ordered, hot and tasty. The fries were a disappointment, nowhere near McDonald's fries and not even as good as usual Wendy's fries. That won't keep me away from Wendy's, but I hope my next fries are better. The service was great, very friendly and quick!
