Dunkin'

I just received phenomenal customer service, actually the best service I've ever received from a Dunkin Employee. Jamila did an outstanding job comprehending my difficult order and exicuted exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. She's an amazing employee! I hope she gets recognized for her dedication to being hard working, kind and providing excellent customer service.

The reason there are no employees here to adequately serve customers has got to be because of the rude loud mouthed manager. Hollering at her 2 employees threatening to quit midshift, yelling very loudly that this is not IHOP with full intention of customers hearing this. The poor girl in drive thru, the sad look on her face. if this was me I would've walked off the job. This manager needs to be fired. Horrible display of customer service. 11am Sunday may 1.

Whomever reads this post. I'm a former employee and will never go back to any Dunkin ever. The local Dunkin at 8900 Military Trail Rd in PBG is horrible. CAFUA, LLC and HZ COFFEE GROUP LLC, are terrible and running Dunkin into the ground. Both companies are liars, stole hours from employees, hire untrained management to run their stores, and will continue to have an extremely high turnover. I worked at this location for over a year, hired at the rate of 11 hrly and stayed there for over a year, when asked about getting a raise, I was told to be patient and things will workout. This was a now resigned manager Kerrian Wisdom. Her MUM(MULTI UNIT MANAGER) Novie is as dumb as they come. She doesn't know her job, will place blame on everyone that's possible to blame, steal your hours to make her bonuses, and encourage her managers to do the same. Any Dunkin locations within the Palm Beach County area should be shutdown and the health department should visit them regularly.

I cannot express to you what a couple of miles will do. Horrible experience at the last Dunkin I went to and I drove 2 miles to put my order in for my company breakfast. The gentleman there his name was Donald and let me tell you he was a breath of fresh air. I will continue to use this location moving forward.

Waited for 20 min while employee took personal call in front of the store on Bluetooth saying “She was just never meant for customer service” when I came up to the front she asked me if everything was ok.. asked if my drink was ready & she began rushing around saying she completely forgot.. only 4 customers in that time span
