For this location, awesomely amazing! The staff there are very welcoming, they greet you with a smile & asked the right questions. For example, an Int in what I'm say: I'd slept on the wrong side of my bed OK :), not having the best morning, ordering my stuff at Starbucks, made my morning pleasant. Thanks to you all.

This particular Starbucks at Highland & Franklin caters mostly to the late morning crowd from the Hollywood hills and tourists because the place is close to a few hotels at the Highland overpass to the San Fernando valley. Open at 4:30a, it gets busy around 8:30a and stays that way until noon (closes early at 8:30p). Very limited seating with some high chairs but no bathroom. Store has neither outside tables nor restroom but features parking because it is situated in a small corner mall. Service is prompt & friendly.

Easily accessible Starbucks location on Highland with a parking lot! I really love that this location has free parking, most of the other locations nearby are either in a large parking complex or on a street with meters only. The lot here is free and easy to get in and out of. The store itself is relatively small, but there are a few places to sit if you want to hang out for a little while and the line moves quick if you are just grabbing to-go. I like that the baristas are next to a clear panel so you can watch them make your drinks, it is easy to tell when yours is coming up next.
