There is this very cute Indian guy who works there. He packs my ice cream all the way to the top. He is so funny, cute and handsome. I just blush just thinking about him. Aside for the guy, the place seems pretty chill.

Love the store, the customer service was excellent and they were very accommodating with our requests. I can see the manager knows what he's doing!! The young lady on register 2 was so sweet!! This is the best Dunkin I have ever been. Thank you all, keep up the good work!!!

This Dunkin donuts located on Hempstead turnpike is one of the best Dunkin donuts I've ever been to! their cashier which I'm not sure who her name is, is a very nice and sweet lady, she always greeted me with very a warm welcome ( as I do the same) and most importantly she know how I like my coffee so I don't even have to ask as soon I as walked in my coffee is already ready for me nice and very warm. I'm not the type to write reviews because for me if the customer service is great ill just keep on coming back and the fact that I am sitting here writing a review is to show how much I appreciate their customer service and it also shows how much the person really care about her job and the fact that she go out of her way just to have my coffee ready for me really means a lot to me and because of that now I am a customer forever
