Yesterday morning the barrista had been let down by a staff member, she did extremely well considering the circumstances. I could see she was stressed & whispered my order & said take your time. At that point a member of staff came in to her rescue & started cleaning tables & trays while apologising to customers & serving. She explained she'd been on her own since 6am & I said how good & fast she was at serving drinks, food, uber orders single handedly. She was clearly good at her job & despite the predicament I'd go back anytime as they Rock 👌

Staff are lovely and Great customer service here whenever I've been. Only downside is sometimes tables are not properly cleaned or wiped down and sometimes dishes/cups aren't cleared away on the tables from previous customers. Other than that the lady's who've served me here do an amazing professional job. Nice place to sit in and have a chat. I always order the same.drinks and never had any issues with my order.
Perhaps for staff to make customers aware when asking about additional/add on's for drinks that there is extra charges for them as this has happened to me before and didn't realise I was being charged extra.

On a lovely day like today, I fancied a coffee and went to Costa, the service was as warm and friendly as the weather and the drink was made fast and tasted amazing. Great coffee house, will be back.
