OMG! I have not eaten at a KFC for several years and as I passed by this particular location, I remembered the delicious original chicken recipe and decided to pick up an order to surprise my family for dinner. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered the 8 piece original with two sides. Believe me when I tell you the best part of this order was the gravy on the mashed potatoes I had ordered as one of the sides. A chicken breast was overly greasy and when I got past the skin, it was watery and with not much flavor. One of the chicken legs was barely cooked through. The biscuits were hard and chewy in places depicting them sitting around for too long. Needless to say, we did not finish this meal and threw most of it away. It was an expensive education. I attributed this to our change in taste as we had not eaten at a KFC for so many years. I thought this until I took the time to read the reviews on Google Maps and saw that many other people have had a bad experience at this particular restaurant. I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant and will not change this opinion as I don't think we will be back to this restaurant or any KFC in the future.

I was really disappointed when my visit today. We wanted to order a eight piece extra crispy but we're told it would take 25 minutes. Instead we got the regular but when we got home instead of two breasts we only had one instead of two thighs we only had one and the rest was filled in with pieces of what I think were chicken legs and an extra wing. The coleslaw was really sloppy and ugly the chicken was cold and ugly it tasted like it had been sitting there all day. You would think with the price of everything going up that the service and food would get better not worse. They have the worse customer service of any restaurant and what makes it even worse, they don't care.

We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a big box with a side of 2 Mac and cheese. We sat down and they called for our order we got up to get it but they gave us 2 chicken sandwiches NOT spicy even though thats what we asked for. We decided not to complain but as we were eating there were more and more, after us I would say more than 6 people got their order wrong. Most of the people in the restaurant got their order wrong. And more and more people came back to say that there order wrong. So not only did they got ours wrong but everyone else as well. We were very unsatisfied. I would give this a zero but I cant.

Custom service sucks. They never have white meat or macaroni available no matter what time you go . Manager will yell at customers when food is taken back because they were given the wrong food. Mold in the fountain drink area where the ice comes out. Major improvements need to be done before someone gets sick.
