Customer service sucks. Managers and assistant managers make excuses when order is done wrong. Last time I was there, there was a roach in my food and they didn't want to replace my order. I hadn't even left the restaurant so there was no possible way they could have blamed me... Food is always cold or done wrong. Employees are rude. For this I rather go to another burger joint.

Wait to order was minor as there was only one person ahead in line. The cashier was friendly and helpful. Wait time for the order was quite long. It took 15 minutes to get food after the order was placed. Food came as ordered and was fresh and hot. The dining room is open for orders and dining. Drive-thru seemed to be moving much faster and being given priority. Food was good and if you have the time to wait worth it

Used the drive thru this Sunday on 08/21/2021 order# 503934 at 10:09 am . Terrible experience very rude. The pancakes were so bad my dog wouldn't even eat it. My breakfast on bun was cold and bread was hard like a hockey puck. I understand its Sunday morning need to pay more attention at the kitchen and better customer service on the

This is in La Feria, it upsets me to do it but it's my hometown. Love the product but they always forget to add cheese, fries, ketchup, napkins, straws...wish the managers would get serious about service...
