Pizza Hut

I pre ordered to have the food delivered at a scheduled time, it arrived over 20 minutes late and all the food was overcooked/burnt. Very dissatisfied with the service and the customer service. When called and complained got no explanation to why but excuses and never once an apology. Order over $100 worth of food and they gave me a $15 credit. Very unhappy.

Please put more sauce on the wings. Ordered boneless, breaded wings with garlic parmesan sauce. The wings themselves were completely dry and there was just a small amount of sauce in the bottom of the container to try and scoop up with the wings. This was also the case the previous time we ordered wings from this location. That time it was part of a dinner box and there was maybe a tablespoon of sauce in the foil pouch, and the wings themselves were devoid of sauce entirely. Not exaggerating. Tablespoon.

Cook the pizza longer. It was so soft and doughy it was barely edible. The pan pizza crust was barely tan, not crispy golden brown, so it was an oily doughy ball, you couldn’t tell the difference between the texture of cheese or the doughy “crust”. The stuffed crust pizza was just as bad, when I picked up the slice it just folded over and the toppings slid off the white, doughy, bottom of the pizza. The delivery was fast. But I would have waited an extra 20 minutes just to have a pizza that is cooked properly. First time trying Pizza Hut in a long time and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

10:21pm called Wenatchee Pizza Hut. They were out of so many things I had to keep changing my order. I settled for Alfredo Pasta and root beer. Price increase noticed. I was told my order will be here in 30 minutes. 11:14 called Pizza Hut to inquire about my food. I was told the driver picked it up shortly before 11 and should arrive shortly. Delivery arrives medium warm and a Pepsi with half hard breadsticks, no marinara sauce. Including the new delivery xharge, I paid $18 and the driver offered to go get me a rootbeer. By the time my order was completed it had been over an hour. I offered to tip the delivery driver and told him it's not his fault. Now food was cold.

I ordered a super supreme with OUT mushrooms, you sent it with them; a buffalo chicken pizza, you sent one with pepperchinies; honey bbq boneless wings, what was sent was a lot of sauce with extremely SMALL pieces that were over cooked. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ORDER THIS MESSED BEFORE. The latest order was 100%perfect and delicious 😋 definitely a mass improvement

The pizza I ordered in the big box had about 2 inof just crust all the way around. The bread sticks were over cooked and had hardly any toppings on it. The cheese sticks I also ordered has hardly any cheese on them and they were even so over cooked the cheese was more like a piece of bread not stringy when pulled apart. Actually it was like eating burnt toast.
