Dunkin'

I must have waited 10 minutes for an iced coffee. There was one person in line ahead of me. Service is exceptionally slow. This is a great Dunkin’ to work at, unless you need reliable internet. Cell service is sketchy. The dining room is the best I’ve seen and they have a good selection of merchandise.

By far the worst Dunkin' around. So many bad experiences here but it's convenient to my house so I gave it another try. NO ONE at the register for several minutes with a long line of customers waiting. Finally a young man comes in from outside and goes behind the register. One of the worst attitudes I've seen in awhile. Snarky, sarcastic, and rude to the very polite customers ahead of me. NO munchkins left (at 11am on a Sunday morning) and he throws the 2 stale donuts I ordered face down into a bag without even using a wrapper. The vanilla and strawberry frosted donuts were stuck to the bottom of the bag by their frosting. Half of the icing came off from me prying them off of the bag. They simply DO NOT CARE about customer service whatsoever. Pay attention to the dozens of the negative reviews, they are all well-deserved. What a dump!

The new kid behind the counter is awful. He ignores questions , get annoyed , complaining loudly more people coming in the store when it was near closing , told a little kid she had to pay for a cup of water and his pants are below his underwear . He wiped his nose as he was grabbing donuts . It stinks as this used to be a great location

Manager / Owner is horrible!! Employees were nice enough but when the order was wrong, the manager came over an was rude and condescending. We saw her kick out a customer before us and told them not to come back. Not surprised by our experience based on other reviews. There are at least 3 other DD in the area, don’t waste your time here. I’d give a zero if I could. The manager kept her mask off so you can see the scowl on her face as she puts her hand in your face as she yells at you. RUN, don’t walk away, RUN!!
