I was having the worst day ever yesterday. Life just was knocking me down. HOWEVER, I went into this store and the ladies in here totally turned my day around. COCO saw I was having a bad day and she bought my coffee and told me to have a better day. I came in the following day and was treated so amazing. A place like this in the morning or night is exactly what everyone needs. 10 outta 10 on the service and coffee was great obviously. Thanks to these wonderful ladies for making me smile.

They are the busiest I have ever seen in my life. The woman with the lower hair cut short, and a small top pony was on service bar and absolutely killing it. They were beyond slammed, and people were interrupting her ask for their drinks. I’ve been a bartender for a long time and she was going at warp speed, and somehow keeping her cool while dealing with their rude interruptions. She deserves a raise. Maybe stop letting people order one thousand drinks a minute in the app, CORPORATE. I saw how far behind they were, while busting their butts… don’t do that to them. She was the best barista I have ever witnessed in 20 years of drinking coffee. I left and finished my errands and came back to get my drink because I understand how being slammed beyond control is. Other people might not understand that and leave a bad review. They were going above and beyond and again… BEAST MODE GIRL WAS KILLING IT.

Shout out to Webster's Hard Rd location. This Starbucks has always been my personal favorite because they are always friendly and helpful. "Sam and Cheese" and Andrew have, by far, the best customer service skills / personalities in the industry. Thank you again for the recipes, all the laughs, and acts of kindness. Truly, this location and the aforementioned Crew Members are a cut above the rest and deserve all of the recognition they can receive!

This is my favorite Starbucks location. I rush in almost every morning and always feel welcome and treated with respect. They are always on time with my mobile orders and even when they are slammed packed and super busy. They still are able to keep things smooth and a non stressful environment. Thank you everyone at this location for dealing with me every morning!!!

I just moved to the Webster area a few months ago and frequent this location, regularly. I have gotten to know a few of the staff members including Nevi and let me tell you, Nevi is a breath of fresh air. She embodies the truest form of customer service! Everyone at this location has been amazing during staff shortages, drink shortages...you name it, they persevere. I'd like to give everyone at this store 5 stars! This is probably one of the BEST stores in Webster! Thank you for all that you do!
