Mia's Table - Bay Area

Always a treat!! The facility is clean and well maintained. If you haven't tried the meatloaf, make it a "must do". A bit on the pricey side, but isn't everything nowadays? Free refills too. The sides are a bit small, but we Americans are large enough already. Nothing negative to say about Mia's Table!!

My recent visit to Mia's Table was a delightful culinary journey that celebrated the heartwarming flavors of Southern cuisine. I savored a chicken fried steak, which was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, smothered in a flavorful gravy. For dessert, I couldn't resist the banana pudding, a sweet and creamy delight that rounded out the meal perfectly. First time visitors. Wasn't sure what to expect. The environment is relaxing and the food was really good. I had pulled pork tacos and they were delicious My wife had fish and shrimp dinner that came with slaw, fries and rings. She topped it off with an Oreo ice cream shake. I topped my lunch off with a Crawford Bock beer.

Order as you enter. Self serve drinks then Sit and be served food. And at the end there is soft serve ice cream. Better food then I was expecting, doesn't taste frozen. Its fresh. The elderberry drink was awesome, you can't find that everywhere. We finished off with some banana pudding just like Grandmas home style.

First time visit in from Galveston, Texas. Fried chicken, green beans, and macaroni and cheese were very good. I think we were skipped over serving as our food took quite a while. They really need some menus on the table. Rather than first stepping in the door and facing a checkout. Wine was a little pricey by the bottle. Maybe they should have it by the glass.

Nice atmosphere. Slightly confusing to enter and order. It appeared at first glance to have to counters in which to place your order. The portions were nicely sized. Fried pickles were delicious! Mac and cheese was pretty good. Potato salad is a great side! The fried chicken is crispy and tastes home cooked. 9/10 recommend
