Guy in the drive thru could give food/meal/special prices and details as quick as u could ask and was on point with providing customer satisfaction. Food is usually good here, above average as far as fast food goes.

This once thriving KFC store has a closed indoor buffet. But the food and service is as good as ever. The counter person was knowledable, friendly, and helpful to each patron. The food was right and hot. We were impressed by the KFC in Weaverville.

Big Box tenders meal was very good 👍 The gravy on the potatoes has changed, but the person that mixed it up may have thinned it down too much. The slaw was excellent as it usually is. Biscuit wasn't fresh for 12:30 pm biscuits. Overall, a nice snack to share my wife.

Employees Diane & Gina of Weaverville KFC are TopNotch!! I had drove up to drive thru & explained I couldn't get KFC app loaded in order to get the special on the bucket of chicken. Gina came out to the parking lot & personally loaded the app on my phone. Upon entering KFC to finish transaction the Log in would not work! Gina tried for 20 minutes to get app to work. Diane then offered me complimentary chicken. Upon returning to my car I then realized I had locked my keys in the car! Went back into KFC where I was offered a beverage. I sat down in the Spotless restaurant enjoying my delicious chicken until my hubby came with the spare. Diane & Gina waving goodbye & wishing me a "better day". Friendly, compassionate employees, Spotless restaurant & Delicious chicken! An "A Plus" Experience!!

The 3 piece all white box crispy fried chicken with 2 sides and a biscuit was fresh and hot. Large enough to share. Only a spork was given to eat with (difficult to eat the chicken breast without a fork & knife, my spork bent after a minute).

It has been years since I’ve been in one, and I’m not sure how to rate this KFC… the chicken was tender and juicy, the staff was friendly, and the store was clean, but they need to change the name to “Kentucky Fried Cornish hen”. I’ve eaten bigger wings than the thigh I was served. The breast was about the size of a small thigh from the grocery store. I realize that the corporation is buying the cheapest chicken they can get their hands on, which evidently means pieces that are so laughably small no one else will buy them. It’s not the store’s fault. One star removed for being a cheap corporation.
