I came in Christmas Eve to pick up money from money gram . There was a problem with the system and the manager Edgar went beyond what anyone should have to do to make the transaction happen for me. He was on Phn with money gram personal trying this and that then getting transferred to this person then that person. Finally at 2 minutes till 9 , system shuts down at 9, it went through and I was able to receive money and even though I never said a word , it saved my family’s Christmas being able to buy a Christmas Dinner. Thank you Edgar for taking care of this , so professional in seeing this through and he really was amazing!!cvs you really have a awesome manager and staff who was working Christmas Eve! So the Pharmacy (based on other reviews) shouldn't reflect the store itself. Then again , IF You are being Honest, MOST Pharmacies you are going to wait in line. And if so many people are upset with this Pharmacy, why not switch? It's NOT Hard, THEY do ALL the work. The Store itself is VERY Clean. The Staff is Helpful and Allow you to shop without hovering. If you need something and they do not have it, they will call other stores to try get it for you, or you can drive the 2.5 miles to the next CVS downtown. All you have to do is ask. Sure they might not have EVERYTHING, but what store does? I love this store for basic in and out pick up items. Haven't used the Pharmacy in 10+ years but I will say this, I've tried other pharmacies in town, and ALL are the same, days you can. Walk in and get what you need and days where you have to wait. Thank goodness for Mobile phones to keep you entertained right? Oh, and if you do not like to wait in lines, Most Pharmacies do in home delivery, again just ask. Ultimately everyone have their own experiences in different stores so while I judge 5 stars others judge 1. You make the call for yourself. Oh, and they do look for mask and require them. However they are not going to Babysit Adults thru the entire store. Again, that's on everyone being responsible for themselves.

I have now been on hold with this pharmacy for a combined time of 25 minutes. If not for the fact that I have to use this pharmacy due to my insurance directive, I would never set foot in this place again. They have filled the wrong prescriptions, not filled the right ones, taken over a week to fill certain medications. In addition, the store is not clean and simple things (like having enough carts - excuse is that "people steal them")...are not attended to. This is not my favorite store at all. If I could give them a zero stars review, I would.
