Wingsup!

I’ve always had great wings from the Franklin blvd location in Cambridge. A recent move to Waterloo had me going here. Very disappointed. I’m being generous with the 3 star review. There was literally no seasoning on the dry Cajun wings. It was like I received plain wings. All three people here that ate them agreed with me. Three star only my for the friendly service and the wings themselves were cooked well. To bad I got plain instead of dry Cajun

So we placed an order for the office staff - as a goodwill gesture; The location gets the order wrong for an employee and then state that because they cannot verify that the order was input correctly or processed correctly from their end, they will not replace the order. We ordered for 11 persons; carefully to ensure we captured everyone's request - the location messed it up and wants to wash their hands off. Well given that we have regular lunches at the office; this is one location that we will skip for their treatment - The one located on University Ave and not recommend anyone else to them.
