Wendy's

I went to this Wendy's location for coffee twice and below is my experience: Day 1: Asked for a black coffee, but received one with sugar. I cant complain since I explicitly did not mention that I dont want sugar as well Day 2: Asked for 2 black coffees, and I saw that they only had 1.5 cups... I literally saw the waitress add tap water to the coffee to make it 2 cups! Pathetic! I understand it was late (9 PM) and they did not have enough stock; but they could have just been honest and we would have been happy with 1.5 cups!! The diluted coffee tasted horrible!!!

Just went here with my boyfriend. We were both super nice and we ordered a combo with a poutine and drink on the side. My combo already came with a drink and fries. The woman who served us was extremely rude. When we got to the window, she handed us one drink and when we told her we were missing the other one politely, she rolled her eyes at us and handed us the other one that was sitting on the counter beside her and shut the window in my boyfriends face when he thanked her. After we left I looked in the bag and noticed there were no fries either. Extremely dissatisfied with how rude she was to both of us. Maybe if she was nicer, we would have been more forgiving that we had to ask for the other part of our order and then we still missed some of it.

I have ordered twice through Uber eats. Both times the order was incorrect and wrong. I ordered a taco salad and cheese potato. Both times the salad was completely missing. The second time there was no salad and I received a hamburger and coke instead. Each time the restaurant doesn’t care. Worst ever. Thankfully Uber Eats has great customer service.

I went in and gave them two separate orders. They weren't busy, however they were training at supper hour. I had to keep repeating my order. I was told what was in the bags as there were several people putting the orders together. Upon getting home I didn't even have my complete order. I returned to get it corrected and was told I left the rest on the counter. I later contacted my sister about her order and it wasn't right either. Not sure what is happening at this location as they used to have a great crew.

Disappointed in what seems like the 'new' patties Wendy's is using. They are half the size, thin, dry and tastless. Ordered two Dave Singles combos and both of us were disappointed by the dry, flat patties we recieved on our burgers. Used to be our favorite fast food joint for burgers we won't be hurrying back after that experience.
