Freshii

Freshii definitely living up to its name, these ingredients must have just come in, they were so fresh! This burrito was jammed with tons of beautiful flavors, I saw them making it and wasn't sure it was going to wrap. I have had plenty of meals at this location and these guys never disappoint, definitely come check these guys out if your looking for a healthy meal. Very delicious selection for Vegan food!

TLDR Disappointed at the small portion of food (paid $12 for a bowl; portion is so small that a kid will probably still be hungry after eating); Save yourself some money 😉 I went to this location Mar11 for lunch. I’ve been to other Freshii 15+ times and always order Oxaca bowl (paid extra and sub rice with kale). I was surprised when I see the small portion of food that I was getting (pics below- before and after mixing). I brought my concern to the staff but felt that my concerns were brushed off. EDIT: Gonna get a second lunch because I’m still hungry after eating the bowl

Every single time I go in my food is somehow messed up. I pay extra for chicken, it’s missing. Some sort of ingredient is always missing. I always get the same thing and somehow it always gets effed up. I now always make sure to check that the chicken is there but then I get home and something else is missing. It’s hard to check when half the ingredients are buried my lettuce. It’s not worth calling into the store or going back once I’ve gotten home. It’s just always inconsistent and I don’t think I’ll be back. Sick of being disappointed every single time.

Usually Freshii is amazing, and tonight was our first time visiting this location. Staff were friendly and we ordered two Tex mex bowls (there was a promo on for two bowls for $15.00) somehow our order came to $28 after tax. Okay, whatever it is what it is, we’re sure there is some sort of fine print (wasn’t given a receipt) ... Got home, there were hardly any toppings in our bowls and THE RICE WAS RAW AND CRUNCHY. Literally uncooked. We are not thrilled with the quality of food that was served and will not be visiting this location again. Other locations offer much larger servings and better quality of ingredients. UPDATE: We ordered Freshii through Uber eats and it came from this location. I ordered and paid for extra toppings and sauce and never received them. If anything, the toppings were skimped! Brutal considering we paid a premium price top use the Uber service. Step up your game!

I do enjoy Freshii as a whole, but genuinely disappointed with this location. I've gone there a couple times hoping the meal I would get would be better than the last... but every time I leave disappointed. I've been to other Freshii locations and they seem to taste more flavourful. I'm not sure if the sauces are made from scratch or package, but for some reason they always taste like there is no flavour in comparison to other locations.
