The server was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. The food was ok. I had ribs and I thought the meat was a little bit tough. The broccoli was under Cooke to the point of it still being crunchy. The green beans could have been cooked a little longer as well. No matter how the food was I still enjoyed my time there.

Melody was an awesome server who made our evening that much more enjoyable! Massive Crispy Chicken salad and the hubs had riblets. We walked out stuff having also chowed down on the finger licking good wing/chicken nuggets appetizer! Awesome job team Applebee's!

Our meal was ok and the server was pleasant. All was ok until our waiter took our plates and dropped them on us. My husband was covered from his upper arm to his waist and I had salsa down the side of my pants. All they did was give us dry napkins. My husband had to ask for a wet towel in order to clean up a little. The server was more concerned about cleaning the table and bench. He gave my husband the bill and said he was sorry. No manager or anyone came to speak with us. Accidents happen but failure to follow up with your customer should never happen.

This is the Waterloo location. Dalton was our waiter. He did great, very polite, food was very good!!! Way better than Cape Girardeau Location.

We were with friends tonight & went to Applebee's for dinner & had a great experience. The service & food were both fast & very good. Our server was friendly & very good. The food was served quickly and was well prepared & flavorful. We'll definitely go back soon.

The food was really good, I had chicken strips and beers. The fast food restaurants were drive threw only and Applebee's was the perfect choice.
