Subway

They forgot to add Chicken in a chicken sandwich!!!!!! And when I went back to get it added, he has the guts to say that I'll have to charge extra for that!!! Doesn't even bother to put a sign about not accepting any kinds of coupons, not even the one which Subway corporate printed. So I'm paying $5+ for 6 inch filled with lettuce. And good luck explaining your order in English without repeating twice at least. But if you speak Spanish than you're good to go.

Disgrace of a Subway. I enclosed a photo of my salad. The franchisee woman is about as skimpy as they come -- salad tray barely half full. I was refused an egg white -- under her rules that's breakfast only, although every other Subway in America will provide it. The tuna I got instead was all of two tiny teaspoons. You can view all of this in my photo. This woman should not be owning and running a place, period.

On June 14th after driving home from North Carolina with my husband we were both exhausted and hungry and I decided to go online to order 2 sandwiches at the Watchung Mall location. I posted and payed on my credit card. The message I received was to be at that location at 6:55 PM. I got there at 6:45PM and the man was closing the store. I asked him where my sandwiches were and he said I am closed, I said but you said to be here at 6:55 and I was 10 minutes early, again he said he was closed. I asked what am I going to do now he says oh well. I said wait a minute I paid for those sandwiches on line, he says I'm closed come back some other time. Then he told me it was my problem. I started to raise my voice and I noticed a man starting to walk over towards me so I shut up. I went online and sure enough the charges were on my account. I went and got sandwiches at another store in the mall.. I was mad, in fact I still am.... I called up Chase and they told me that the charges were pending and to wait a couple of days. I did and the charges went through. I called up chase and stopped the payment for something that I ordered but NEVER received the product. Chase took care of the charges with your company!!! I have picked up sandwiches by you before, but never again. That man was rude, and he didn't even have a name tag on so that I can tell you his name!!! All I can say is that he was short and overweight!!!!!

If you want a tasty treat loaded with chemicals and preservatives, then by all means, this is the place for you. What can I say, I used to eat here too, but at the end of the day you are still eating processed meat loaded with carcinogens. Like any chain the staff is always well trained and fast as heck. Courteous and polite. But if you want to eat healthy for real, don't be fooled, eat somewhere else. This place is not healthy eating like it tries to come off as.

I have nothing positive to say about the subway chain. I worked for them and they screwed me over very good they didn't even put me on the payroll or the schedule I worked for them 2 days and she ended up paying me in cash for the two days and I didn't do anything wrong at all and she was like I'll text you when I come back I don't know what type of business favor on or what but I think that is totally unprofessional and they really need to work on the type of business that they run
