Absolutely terrible getting in and out of store the way the new entrance from the galleries. I was with my Granddaughter who is in a wheelchair the lift is just big enough to get both of us in. Coming out of the store had to Que for lift after having to walk round the clothes department to get to it. Anyone with poor mobility has no chance who ever design that hasn't thought about people who have to use the lift. People with poor mobility.

Great supermarket. Open and airy. Plenty of tills, both self service and manned. Competitively priced goods. Most goods on offer are of good quality. Opens early and closes late whuch is very handy.

I came into the store today to look for a Winnie the Pooh Dinner Set that somebody had posted on Face book and had been reduced to £7.50. I could not find it. However, I managed to find a lovely lady called Linda from Home and Leisure Department to help me find one. She was so helpful and friendly and I am delighted with my purchase. Thank you Linda for all your help.

Asda is ok as far as Supermarkets go. Today I went in for something specific. Instant Lemon tea. I like it no milk no sugar. Anyway on my way back a lady was marking all the food down in price. I couldn't believe my luck. I got at least a fivers worth of cooked food items for the hot shelf next to where they do the Pizzas' I was over the moon paid jus £1 for six items! We love a bargain don't we. The staff in here are very good always. In the Supermarket that is.

Not our local Asda , and having lived in Yorkshire also , by far the best Asda we’ve visited as in customer service experience, pizza counter staff were lovey and very helpful , and was very funny to chat to , and the check out staff was very interactive with our toddler which just made us feel like human beings once again, it’s hard to see that it’s there job as they just came accross very sociable and welcoming, very good ambassadors for the company

another day, another asda. so this is my story. i leave the house, and head out with my dog looking like a cat, and it scratches my seat to bits. i pull up to my local asda, and basically i bought some shoe polish and my dog drank and ate all of it. not happy, 1/5

I gave this establishment a 1 star review because, I went into the freezer section and it was like Antartica, I do not like the cold. #Overrused. So then, I went to the meat section of the freezer and picked out lovely chicken. It was pink and juicy. But when I fed it to my lovely child, Theodore O'Hara, he was violently sick!

The staff i talked to were lovely and friendly. Stocked up well but a tad busy. Also have a cake shop inside, and they look scrumptious.
