Applebee's

I don’t usually leave reviews, but when I do I try to make sure that they’re positive reviews. But in this case I unfortunately can’t because of the not so great service. I’ll make a bullet point list of the experience to make it easy to read and so I don’t ramble. :) - Our waitress wasn’t attentive and wouldn’t check up on us or get a refills. She was very bubbly and kind though! - We ordered the food, I got a well done, no pink cheeseburger. I checked my burger after eating half of my fries to find that it was very pink. - The waitress pulled a disappearing act upon us when we needed her. I ended up getting tired of waiting and ate the more well cooked half - When she finally came back I had finished the one half and didnt want to send the burger back half gone. So I tried eating the other half. - It was more pink and very greasy, like…pooling and dripping greasy. I was saddened and I couldnt finish it. I will say it was only my food that was wrong. So I will be able to strongly say that you can get a ribeye and a chicken wrap just fine! Or a pink cheeseburger :).

It was veterans day. I was proud to be there to see all who served. Saw a man with a hat that said WW11. Lunch was great. I had the cheese burger with onion rings. The only thing is I had to Pay for mine. LOL I went with my friend Debra Sprague Kerr who is a VETERAN her lunch was free. We can't do enough for those who served...

We thought we would go to Applebee's since it had been a few years since dining there. Big mistake. They had plenty of staff and not packed but the service was slow on all counts, from taking the order to paying the bill. The food was good, too salty for my taste but the interminable wait for service was too much. Didn't realize we had to plan for an extended stay at a restaurant.

My food was cold, my friends food didn't come until 20 minutes later and the excuse was they made the wrong noodles and that took a long time. The item he ordered is suppose to be creamy and it was not and when we told our waitress Paige she said she spoke to the manager and was told there was nothing they could do. Bull, I asked to see manager and was told he was very busy and I couldn't see him. My drink had been empty and never did get a refill. Very unhappy it was my birthday celebration and it was ruined. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato and pickles only, he put raw onions on my burger and the grilled onions and he put the raw onions on the cheese so they couldn't be taken off without taking the cheese off. Again told there was nothing about it. We should have went somewhere else we would have received better service, a lot better service.

Service was horrible. We were from out of town and stopped in for lunch was rushed from the time we arrived. Food was terrible for the price. Ordered rib tips was brought out 2 small pieces ask for extra when we seen what we had been given. Was told we would have to pay extra, we agreed,and then was brought out a chunk of meat, that looked like it had just been dipped in sauce and was not well cooked. Will not go there again.
