I picked up 4 Carafes of various coffee. There is a New staff and New Mgr! I haven't been in a couple of years. (COVID-19) I always use to pick up my coffee from this location for my Sorority Brunches. I was Very Pleased with this New Customer Service....Thank you Ladies! Dec 2, 2023 at 7am!! The Staff walked my purchase to my car and sent me off HAPPY!! 👍🏼🙂☕️

This place its the best! Donuts are always fresh. I drive to baltimore everyday from landover,dc and around 295 and when im done i always find an excuse to go to dc at new York ave., to dunkin donut open 24 hours to get donuts for my grandkids for breadfast.

The service here is generally good but sometimes the donuts are not fresh. Check your order before leaving just to do a quick check. I’ve had a few orders that were disappointing. The breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and what I expected. Early mornings there can be long lines but it moves quickly. Check your surroundings as well, once someone walked up to the car window (caught me off guard not paying attention)

Came in at 6:45 am 12/31/21 ordered 4 donuts & a latte. Donuts were amazingly fresh and not hard and old, service was fast and friendly. Coffee was good. And everybody had matching shirts.
