Dunkin'

While I was still getting handed my change, they started taking the persons order behind me. I'd understand if they were busy, but they weren't it was just rude. Finish with your customer first, then help the next. Also, no smiles and super monotonous. Customer service is what makes a person come back, maybe it was just the employees that were working today because I've previously had a nice boy before and he was so amazingly friendly. Maybe have him do the training.

Really bad site to get your coffee from. Never ordering from this place ever again. Order a Medium Ice Dark roasted regular and all I got was a medium with creams. Tasted cream only. Never like to complain in my life about Dunkin donut but this place isn't representing the brand but their job and trying to close early. Shame and disgrace! Not worth a star at all.

Horrible!!!! I ordered one large ice no sugar and two medium iced coffees one regular and one no sugar for health reasons-the girl gives we two large iced and one medium iced all unmarked. When I questioned my order I not only got a snippy attitude and kept getting interrupted as I tried to explain why it was wrong but she then spills a whole large iced coffee on my new boots and all she could say is if I wanted a free donut. I literally had to walk away before I started screaming at her... I have been calling ever since to have the charge refunded and no one picks up the line. Starbucks may be over priced but I never have this happen at the mall Starbucks!

Sheila was quite rude. Not to mention, she rudely snapped for me to "pay attention"' when she forgot part of my order, charged me for it and didn't realize when I paid. I didn't notice I hadn't received my full order until I got home since I was in a rush. Shouldn't she have been "paying attention"? Ironic, isn't it? People with that level of disrespect for their customers should NOT have been hired in the first place.
