Chuck E. Cheese

I was glad I had my mask with me. The smell was awful. The food was ok for a kid's palate. The food servers were very nice, which is why I gave 2 stars. The girl at the prize counter was very odd. It was over crowded, loud, and pricey. BUT the kids love it, so I will occasionally suffer through a visit.

Compared to the experiences I had prior with other Chuck E. Chesses this was not what I expected. I did my son's birthday there yesterday and everything was all over the place. The individual in charge of my party was not attentive and I had to keep reminding him about things I had ordered. The show was poor. A lot of games were not working. For the amount of money I spent I could've done it somewhere else and had a better time. There won't be a next time !!

Staff here are ridiculous. Paid over $80 today and waited for my food for an hour after finding out one of the staff handed out my food to some one else I waited another 20 mins for my food to be remade. Then after we went to order Churros I asked a staff member how long it would take she responded 25 mins so I thought that was a lie I asked the cashier and she responded 10 minutes. After that my son went to use his tickets and the girl did not even look like she wanted to be there my son has issues and she was slumped over the counter with an attitude so I did her job to add and tell my son what he had left in tickets. I kindly thanked her and I got no response back. Not to mention that the bathroom was nasty not clean and the cold water in one sink don’t work and no soap dangerous for our children to burn themselves.I can definitely say I will not return and don’t recommend anyone to come here. It’s just not how it used to be. I wish I could say it was because there short staffed but that’s not the reason because they had enough employees. Not one was at the door checking our hands when we left. I even seen a staff member ask this lady if her hand was stamped and she said no I’m just using the bathroom she said ok and walked away. Do you understand the safety risk in our children because of poor stuff. I REPEAT DONT GO HERE SO MANY RISK FACTORS!

It is a good place to bring the children and share with the family but it has at least 5 machines that do not work and the worst thing is that if you swipe the card it charges you the credits anyway, for example, the homer soccer machine, the shoot water that is in the corner too and there are two or three more!!!

Unfortunately the last couple of visits to this particular Chuck E. Cheese hasn't been the best. Upon entering the place it smelled horrible. My husband said something must be up with the ventilation system and the water smelled of puke. Typically we stay for about 2-3hrs and have our kids play, eat etc. But Nooooo! Could only stomach 1 hr. Place was short staffed, and not very cleanly. My kids asked to see Chucky, no chucky available. Unfortunately under these conditions, we will take the extra drive to the other Chuck E.Cheese.
