Had Tim bits and a sprite for a snack with friends. They had a new drink and said it was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Only thing was some of the tables were not cleaned as they should have been. Extra employees in the back doing busy work to make them look busy but weren't.

I get one thing when I go here multiple pretzel bagels. They are delicious but it's always hit or miss if they have them. You would think if they are constantly selling out of them they would make more on a daily basis, because everytime I go there and they don't have them I drive away and they lose out on money. But the staff is very nice and love smoke breaks! Correction- they basically never have pretzel bagels. It's 11 am on a Sunday and they say oh we haven't made those yet.

Tim Hortons in the evening is so frustrating in Warren. No matter what time we go I ask for numerous items before I find an item they have. Seriously, croissant? No. Plain bagel? No, maple donut? No, raspberry donut? No they don't make them anymore. Strawberry refresher? No, out of stuff to make it and the sign is huge. Ice cap that I did buy wasn't even cold. They used to say no that's food we stop selling food at..7 so I'd go at 6. We went at 3 and still no. My pleasure to go to anywhere else lately. Probably slow because they are playing..."do you have" game?

This is my bagel b.e.l.t. Sandwich I got this morning(after I put it together cause it was not assembled)lol. Not sure but I thought the l&T stood for lettuce and tomato🤷🏻♂️ Way to ruin my morning guys. Thanks. I’m sure you will all get that $15 an hr you all want tho🤦🏻♂️

Terrible management, Most employees are average, some are rude, Drive thru is pathetic. Doubt I will be back, other people I have talked to agree, If it wasn’t for the name on the sign they would be out of business.

Friendly staff, and they always give my dog a puppaccino (whipped cream in a cup).
