food was good. our waitress seamed nice. but when it came to more coffee & hot sause that we requested we never seen her again till the bill came.

Always an enjoyable experience no matter which Bob Evans we go to. They are very popular which is why sometimes there is a wait to be seated and there is seating while you wait for a table or booth. You always get an amount to eat that is worth the money. If you go away hungry from Bob Evans, then it's your own fault because they certainly give you over and above the amount you paid for.

Slow service, hashbrowns were burnt, food was cool, and when we mentioned this to the manager who cashed us out she said we should've complained. I don't feel we should have to complain because "the cook and waitress should be quality control" and never have allowed our food to leave the kitchen burnt and cold. Unfortunately if you complain by time you would get your meal fixed the rest of the family would be done eating!!
