The coffee is never hot at this location somehow. This is the picture of the bagel with cream cheese, that I was charged extra for, and had to ask for the rest of my order. No clue what they're doing in there. They don't use bags either, they hand you each item separately.
I'll drive out of my way to go to a better store.

I just got home from this location. I ordered a number 2 combo meal and they totally screwed my order up. They never asked me what I wanted to drink or my side. Will never go back to that location. I will go out of my way to go to another location or just hit a Dunkin’. The sandwich I asked without lettuce but you can see the picture and that was the lettuce on the sandwich

This is the third time they have messed up my order. I haven’t had pork in 10yrs and I always ask for NO MEAT. Every time they add the meat. I will no longer go here. Last week it happened, I took one bite and was sick for a wk with fever and stomach pains. Before I pull off they assure me it’s no meat then BOOM there it is every time.

The employee at the drive through was SO RUDE!!!! Worst customer service at a fast food place you could get. It was such a toxic experience, they obviously reflected the hate this establishment feels towards their customers. Also the 2 sandwhiches ordered were burnt. Don't expect anything more than bare minumim from these Jerks.

If I could give 0 stars I would as we sat in the drive through for 10 min an nobody came to the speaker or window. Website says open till 9 and It was 7:55pm.

Okay, I never complain about anything. But I really had to write my experience. They were nice taking my order. But I’m sick of them being out of the omelet bites. So I ordered a breakfast sandwich combo with a hash brown. AND THE HASH BROWN HAS GREEN MOLD ON IT! I am pregnant and it’s a good thing I took it out of the bag and looked at it first! I have no idea why they wouldn’t see a big green spot on it. They also never gave me my receipt!
EDIT: I called the store and the manager wasn’t in but I told them they should really check their food

Customer service is absolutely horrible now. No one would take my order and would look at me and walk away. The "supervisor" even looked at me and decided to make a personal phone call and was swearing and yelling to whoever it was in front of my daughter. Clearly they need to figure out their staffing because this is the worst it has ever been.
