Good service. I ordered a caramel macchiato which is made much better at the other Dunkin Donuts I go to. The staff is very nice and fast though. If I ever go there again I just won't be ordering the caramel macchiato

Just left there. Ordered 2 caramel lattes. They are barely warm. Very clearly used old espresso that was sitting around and also has no flavor. Thanks for nothing. Complete waste of money. Super disappointed. How do you hand someone a non hot cup of coffee and think it’s ok?!

The new location on Rt 9 is FANTASTIC! I'm so happy with the beautiful new location and the drive thru is awesome! Fast service, friendly staff. You won't be disappointed coming here!

Overall this is a great Dunkin. Every once in a while they get really busy and flustered and get your order wrong, but they are super nice and responsive so its really no big deal. Always friendly staff and they work hard.

Sometimes there is a line but that is only because everyone knows the Waretown Dunkin has the best staff who make the best coffee. I have been in line with eight other people and watched as they knew and prepared each customer's order. They know your name and know how you like your coffee and they couldn't be any nicer. I can't think of a better way to start my day.

On two different days I went and order one decaf and one regular coffee the regular coffee tasted like water i think they reuse the coffee. The decaf my husband swears was not decaf he said he was so wired after drinking it. The last time I went the coffee tasted the same like water. Ordered 10 chocolate munchkins and 2 glazed donuts got the donuts right but got on the parkway when I realized she gave me glazed munchkins instead. Spend less time on your phone and more time onCustomer service.

If i ask for a frozen coffe mocha i expect it to be nice and frozen....not when it’s all liquidy and all you taste is mocha. If i can rate more than 1 star i would. Worst dunkin’ donuts ever. The people forgot to give me my munchkins and she’s like we don’t have any munchkins. Then why would you put that in my check?!! I swear worst dunkin’ donuts and the worst frozen coffee i had!!!!

It's Dunkin Donuts, what is not to love? And you get extra points Dunkin Donuts because on that particular visit the bathroom was super clean when I had to poo. And for some reason that made the coffee extra delicious that day
