Dunkin'

Very clean and very fast. Stopped by real quick on grab a donut and coffee. Place was spotless with a warm and clean atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless and had a nice smell like they keep it clean. Service was fast and friendly. I like when I visit the East coast and seeing all the Dunkin donuts shops. Lots of coffee to grind or drink. Nice spot right off the highway. Go Patriots

Slowest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, was my second and last time too. 2 other customers ahead of me waited at least 5 minutes before getting our orders taken inside. The man in front of me ordered a coffee and donut. She gave him the coffee then took my order, which then he left aggravated, can’t say I blame him. The register lady was talking trash about him as he left without his donut ….took me 10 minutes to get a coffee, wow. Not like they were too busy or understaffed at the time I went (2:45)

0 STARS to clarify I was unable to post this unless given at least 1 star👎🏽👎🏽 The worst dunkin ever. I'm from Jersey and first the customer service & attitude when confronted is horrible. Everyday my order is different and I have a saved order that I always get. One day I ordered my usual and my order was undercooked, when I complained they than burnt it to the point I had to ask for my money back. Customers are my witness that everyday there was a issue with my order. What makes it worse, I was told by a manager that the building is used for training purposes... I don't understand. I will never give another dollar to them! Advertising flavor ice creams and when ordered tell me they only have one flavor.. disgusted with this place to the max. I've never left a bad review but this one needed it for sure!!!

Stopped by the Dunkies on Route 1 just north of the stadium this morning. Had to go out of my way to get to this one before work knowing they usually make a better cup of coffee. Ordered an Americano with whole milk and shortbread swirl at the drive thru. Fairly easy order, or so you would think. My coffee was given to me without the COFFEE!!! I will not visit this location again.
