Starbucks

Today I ordered Venti Capuccino and bagel with cream cheese. Order arrived not complete, bagel thrown in a bag no cream cheese or plastic knife. Terrible service, not worth money. It happened before, I talked to the manager but it did not do nothing! I will not order again and plus I will pay them a visit today!

Usual Starbucks stuff, friendly people and staff. Easy to find heading north you turn straight into the stripmall and there it is right in frount of you. During the day parking can be a little difficult. In thr evening there is no problem. Coming from the south you might have to do a u-turn, I have never gone there from that direction. They are open early and stay oprn late, easy freewsy access to them if you are heading north on I680.

Let me start by saying.. anyone who knows me, knows how I am when it comes to my coffee. This was the first time coming to this location and probably my last. I've NEVER been to a Starbucks where the employees were so rude. The 2 females(unfortunately i didn't get names because I was so annoyed) were more interested in yelling at customers about the mask law that they forgot about customer service. Granted I know it's law but there is a way to handle it. If a customer does not have a mask after they order have them wait outside until their order is ready .Plain and simple right? No these two chose to stare at them piercing eyes while they made the customer their drinks slamming things on the counter to get attention. Then preceded to be rude and sarcastic while the customer was leaving. I felt bad for them. I'll stick to my favorite Starbucks locations but I would never recommend this place

Something about this Starbucks,.. Regardless of management changes etc, it has maintained a very pleasant crew, new hires included. I've been a regular here for YEARS and observed the changes as they came, this place is clean, and although it gets busy at times, they maintain their routine duties (unlike most other stores with their volume of customers). Ive been treated rudely and even poorly at many of the local Starbucks in the area, this place at Main & Treat has ALWAYS treated me like FAMILY. I wish i could review some of the customers though, I've seen some extreme abuse from so many customers toward these passive and pleasant employees.. Which kind of patron are YOU?

This morning my Mom passed away from a long battle with cancer. I stopped by for a coffee before I went to my Dad's house to see her body and say goodbye, even though I knew she was already gone. It was the longest day ever. I went into the store and the barista asked how I was doing. I told him I was feeling pretty bad, without providing the details. He was very kind to me, and wished me well even as I left the store. Small things like this mean a lot. It was the hardest day of my life. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate a stranger noticing my pain and being gentle and good to me. Thank you.
