Honestly I went through around midnight. So the line was drastically less than everyone says. And pretty quick too! I've never been during the day so I don't know what traffic looks like. But I had a good experience

Extremely long drive thru lines around 11:30pm. It took almost 40mins to get my order and pickup the food. Not sure what can be done to expedite the process. Maybe double the lanes, more staff, faster turn around times. Food tasted as expected.

Orders were taken quickly and fulfilled quite fast. They do offer lettuce wrap on all their sandwiches so anyone on keto can easily order a quick burger.

Been living next door to the for a year now and for the second time MARTHA has chiding to give people their order who ordered after me! I notice she did it to me and TWO other black folks this time! I honestly have never had to report an employee for being so rude and unprofessional. If I didn’t have my kids, I slap the soul out of her!

This place is the worst the line is literally causing traffic under the street and they have nowhere for Uber Eats or any kind of delivery service to pick up just a huge line. The management was having attitude while telling me to go around. She couldn't even open the door and let me know what was going on just a bunch of hand signals. This place is highly unorganized do not come here unless you want to wait a long time

Food is good. The biggest problem currently is that the drive through is absolutely packed all the time. I rarely see less than 7 or 8 cars and the line often goes all the way to the street. 20 minute wait is not uncommon. Seems like there should be a way to staff better and avoid this.

I tried the new french fries 🍟 😋 they weren't that great. I still like Mc Donalds better. Long line in the drive-through but it moved fast.
I did like the chocolate milkshake.

Charged me for the order behind me. When I pointed it out it took nearly 10 minutes for them to figure out how to refund my money and charge me correctly. Food was good as usual
