Mr. Pickle's

I was in there for 25 mins just for a sandwich to go! A customer walked out in disgust cuz he's the last one in line so he just gave up. I should've walked away too. I know economy is great and it's hard to hire ppl and all that but c'mon this is all American sandwich shop, not a French restaurant, so chop chop let's go man! (BTW at least the sandwich is still delicious)

The sandwiches here are fine, but this particular location seems very disorganized. Even during the very busy lunch hour, there doesn't seem to be a dedicated person to work the register. People are cued up waiting to pay and they'll take one person's order, then walk away, come back, take another, walk away again. My biggest issue is with placing online orders. The entire point of ordering online is to save time. I order well in advance so that when I come there, I just want to pick up my sandwich and leave. But if I have to wait in a long line at the register, it totally defeats the purpose. Like many other quick-stop lunch spots that have online ordering, there needs to be a pick up area where online orders can just be "grab and go". It works for other places, so there's no reason why they can't do this. I will not be coming to this location again, as it is just too slow and disorganized.

Love other Mr. Pickles locations but do NOT try this location. Ordered to go and received the worst Mr. Pickles sandwich possible. Employees seem to not care if they made a good sandwich or not; mayo not spread out, forgot cheese, forgot Baja sauce, limited avocado, added jalpenos instead of peperchinis....and no cookies.

Food is great. We love the sandwiches. However there is an odd odor that we've noticed the last few times we have gone. The bathroom is very dirty with a broken toilet seat. I hope where they keep the food isn't as dirty as the bathroom. Also the music was playing so loudly that my husband and I couldn't talk to eat other as we couldn't hear one another.
