One of my FAVORITE places to eat! The restaurant is clean and neat, and the staff is so caring and nice. They allow dogs outside, so you can bring your fluffy friend to eat with you! The food is a 10/10! My personal favorites are the Hot and Sour Soup an the Orange Tofu. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Very poor, we were a group of six on Saturday night. Our entire meal was comped because we were served raw chicken. Our server must have left because we had to request our bill from the owner. When she asked how was our meal and saw our meals uneaten, we explained the food was raw. She was kind and apologetic, but this was our third visit and the last visit was also a disappointment.
The owners kindness was appreciated the cleanliness and ambiance should also be recognized.

Simply the highest tier of gourmet Chinese food in the Bay Area. I especially like the Pumpkin Curry Prawns! I'm very pick with my Chinese food and especially hate the "greasy spoon" restaurants. OIC offers something far more elequent and delightful. Ask for Linda, she is one of the owner and she treats everyone like the family. You won't be disappointed.

Wow. Ordered won ton soup,ck chow mein, string bean ck ,and beef chow fun. Wow oh wow AMAZING best Chinese food my family has ever consumed!! I don't know what kind of magic is added because even the regularight won ton soup was amazing beyond our previous won ton soup experiences. The staff didn't seem too friendly or too eager to please but that's probably because their food is enough to get customers to return, amazing cannot express enough how great their food was!! Every dish surpassed our expectations!!

Lots of choices and influences: Szechuan Chinese, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese. Good wine list. Full bar, but no blender drinks. Nice dining room decor and patio. Live harp music on the patio the Friday night we celebrated a Birthday there, and patio heaters if needed.
